Who knew you could miss something so simple. In the good ole U. S. of A, we can just buy Gold Medal All Purpose Flour and make delicious cookies, cakes and breads. Well, here in Austria they have about 8 million varieties. I know I keep talking about it and asking people and trying different ones, but at the end of the day, you end up with a million different answers to the same question AND terrible cookies. Boo. I made some cookies to bring in for this class I just started teaching, stars to represent what they are good at already and shooting stars to represent their goals... Fun, right? Well, I hope with enough frosting they taste good.
We finally booked our spa treatments and figured out the train situation to get to Sopron, Hungary this weekend. I've never been to Hungary... we plan on having out own personal wine/prosecco tasting on the way there.
